Orders are only accepted from persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order you are confirming that you are over 18 years old.
Orders are only accepted from addresses in Mainland UK and the Isle of Wight online. Orders can be accepted from elsewhere by telephone and will be liable to an additional delivery cost. This will be quoted to you prior to order. Our telephone order line is 01252 815756.
When placing an order it is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting it. We accept no responsibility that the products are suitable for your requirements unless a home visit and assessment is carried out by one of our representatives. Nothing contained in the pages of this website should be construed as medical, legal, commercial or professional advice.
All prices quoted are in Pounds sterling. Most prices exclude vat unless stated otherwise. We take care to ensure all pricing is accurate, if you believe you have been charged the wrong price let us know and we will refund any over payment in full if an error has been made.
If you are chronically sick or disabled and are purchasing an item for your own personal use or on behalf of someone who is chronically sick or disabled you may be entitled to purchase the item without paying vat. You will be required to make a declaration confirming this and it is your responsibility that you give accurate information and do not make a false declaration. The above may also apply if you are a registered charity.
We try to ensure that all information is accurate. There may be some variations to colour tones on your browser. Any clerical or typographical errors are subject to correction without any liability on our part. Any advice or recommendation given to you by us or any of our employees is followed up and acted upon at your own risk and we are not liable for such advice and recommendation.
When you place an order we will confirm the order by email which will be sent to the email address from which the order was received. Your order is an offer to purchase and will not be binding until we have sent you a confirmation of order.
Postage and packing charges may be added to your order and these will be clearly displayed on the screen before you confirm your order to ourselves.
By providing payment card details you are confirming that you are authorised to use the card and that you authorise our payment service provider to take full payment for the items in your order.
All orders will be delivered as quickly as possible, normally within 7 working days. We will inform you of any delays. If items are out of stock we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Most large orders (scooters and Powerchairs ) are delivered unboxed and set up by our own staff which includes a tutorial on how to use the product. For smaller orders please check the contents of the box on receipt to ensure the items are correct and undamaged.
All electrical products sold are designed for use in the United Kingdom. They may not to be suitable for use in other countries without an adapter. You should check with the manufacturer regarding any necessary adaptions. If you are in any doubt as to whether a product is suitable to be used with a specific medical condition you should consult with your doctor about such use. We take no responsibility regarding such issues.
Consumers have the right to cancel orders for goods or services that have been purchased from Total Mobility for up to seven working days after the date on which the items are delivered. It is your responsibility to keep items in the same condition in which they were supplied. Charges will apply to any damage caused to items that are returned. If you wish to cancel the item with in 7 days you must notify us in writing and return the item to us within seven days of cancellation. Providing the item is not damaged we will provide a full refund.
Whilst Total Mobility carry out checks on goods and services offered or promoted on our website it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the products are suitable for your needs. We have no control over and have no liability in relation to links supplied from this website.
